Description
Hemfer injection. It is used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia, which occurs when your body does not create enough red blood cells. Iron is essential for the formation of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. Hemfer injection. Your doctor or nurse will give the medication gradually (drip) into a vein. Your doctor will calculate the appropriate amount and number of injections to treat your anemia. It will also help if you eat a healthy, iron-rich diet. Iron-rich foods include pulses (dal), green leafy vegetables such as spinach, beans, eggs, dried fruits, and non-vegetarian meals.
